With the advantage of research and development technology, Shenzhen GreenBo Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2009. Since its establishment, GreenBo has focused on the research, manufacture and technical service of flicker-free driver. GreenBo aims to be a new creative LED lighting driver solution supplier.
In the past 6 years, GreenBo has offered stable and reliable driver for different LED segment markets such as: panel, tube, street light, flood light, tri-proof light, indoor lighting. GreenBo’s products are sold to over hundred countries and area, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe etc. The factory got PSE, SAA, GS, CB, UL, CE, TUV-mark etc certificates. GereenBo earns good reputation in the clients. 
 
   办公及厂房总面积2500平方米，拥有直接员工70人、员工近200人，其中技术研发人员近10人。 公司设有研发中心（研发部，工程部）、 制造中心（SMT车间、插件车间、后焊车间、组装车间、样品室、老化车间、变压器车间）、物控中心（采购部、仓管部、PMC、品管工程、来料品管、制程品管、出货品管）、营销中心（外贸部、市场部、销售部），行政部（财务部门、会计部门、行政部门）。 采用8D质量反馈报告和企业信息资源管理系统（ERP），把质量**系统覆盖到从产品研发，试产及原材料采购、制程、成品检查出货和售后服务。实行品控中心分工负责，下一工序检测上一工序的制度，制造过程设计数道检验关，每工段外观全检，初次电气性能全检、产品抽检带载老化测试、再次电气性能全检，较终成品由品管部抽样确认的一系列流程。目前公司产品直通率已达到99%以上，不良率控制在千分之2以内。在产能方面，绿柏现有2台高速贴片机、2台波峰、1台回流焊，6条生产线，日产LED驱动5000-10000pcs，每月产能**过20万套电源
 
With about 200 workers and 10 R&D staff, GreenBo covers an area of over 2,500 square meters. GreenBo has R&D center, Manufacture Center, Material Control Center, Sales Center and  Administration Department. With the help of 8D quality report and ERP system, GreenBo covers the quality control from product research and development, trial-production, material purchasing, manufacturing, finished products control, delivery to after-sales service. The quality control center adopts divided individual responsibility, the next working procedure is responsible for checking the previous ones and there are several quality control steps during the manufacture. All products will experience the following checking: the outlook’s full checking in each working procedure, the initial electrical specification’s full checking, second time electrical specification’s full checking, finished products’ casual checking. The defectives of GreenBo products are lower than 2‰.
GreenBo has 2 high speed SMT machine, 2 wave soldering machine, 1 reflow soldering machine and 6 production line. The factory can produce LED driver 5000-10000pcs per day.

2009年起,  内置电源系列面市（应用灯具：日光灯电源系列、球泡天花灯、吸顶灯等）
       1）研发定制变压器的磁心骨架，较大36W**薄隔离日光灯电源过TUV/CE认证；
       2）研发定制变压器的磁心骨架，较大24W非隔离日光灯电源过EMC认证；
       3）隔离、非隔离01W-18W过认证、不过认证内外置电源；
       4）研发定制单、双端堵头电源实现无频闪功能有多款过认证、不过认证；
2011年起, 外置电源系列面市（应用灯具：面板灯、平面灯、吸顶灯、筒灯、三防灯等）
       1）过认证款，输出功率为8-54W阻燃外壳打螺丝；
       2）过认证款，输出功率为30-54W带地线铝；
       3）双较无频闪过认证，输出功率为48-80W带地线铝；
       4）无频闪过认证，输入功率8-72W阻燃外壳；
       5) 无频闪不过认证，输入功率18-42W阻燃外壳，窄电压输入，低谐波；
       6）非隔离不过认证，输入功率8-42W，阻燃外壳，全电压输入，高**功率因数；
2012年起, **系列面市（应用灯具：投光灯、路灯、工矿灯、庭院灯等 ） 
       1)不过认证，半铝外壳10-100W
       2)**过认证：20-80W
       3)**过全铝过认证：双较PFC 无频闪系列 80-300W

2011, external LED driver was launched (Applications: Panel, Flat lamp, ceiling lamp, down light, tri-proof light)
      1) With certificates, output power 8-54W, fire retardant housing, assembled with screw
      2) With certificates, output power 30-54W, aluminum housing, assembled with ground wire
      3) With certificates, bipolar flicker free, output power 30-54W, aluminum housing, assembled with ground wire
      4) With certificates, flick free, output power 8-72W, fire retardant housing
      5) Non-certificates, output power 18-42W, fire retardant housing, narrow input voltage, low THD

2011年，绿柏科技注册成立，实注资100万，具有一般纳税人资格；
2012年，绿柏科技公司组织架构营销中心、物控部、研发部、财务部成立；
2013年，绿柏科技参股与购置多台生产设备并承接SMT业务;
2014年，绿柏科技月生产产量的扩大，筹划扩厂规划；
2015年，绿柏科技将制造中心扩到2500平方米，实现了产业规范性生产规划。销售中心另外扩展到一层。总二层
